A seasoned trainer, she has delivered high impact sessions both virtually and face-to-face, as well as upskilled clients via train the trainer sessions. Aparna has partnered with clients from a diverse range of industries, quickly integrating into multidisciplinary teams with the aim of strengthening the organization’s people capabilities.Â
Aparna is passionate about enabling people to achieve their full potential in both their professional and personal lives. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, she has a deep understanding of people and their underlying motivations, as well as the ability to connect with people from a diverse range of cultures, sectors and backgrounds.
She has a commitment to excellence and brings a refreshing, creative approach to problem resolution, the ability to remain unfazed when under pressure and the resilience to see difficult projects through to completion.
